I am dedicated mother of seven amazing children and a passionate mental health professional. My journey in the fields of case management and skills training is enriched with a multitude of credentials including Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA), Certified Recovery Mentor Level 2 (CRM 2), Peer Support Specialist (PSS), and Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC).
With an unwavering commitment to enhancing the well-being of families, individuals, and couples, I strive to help my clients generate the meaningful change they desire. In my role as a case manager and skills trainer, I operate from the belief that we inherently possess the answers to our challenges. I partner with my clients to uncover their strengths, foster understanding, and develop practical solutions tailored to their unique environments and circumstances.
Beyond my professional endeavors, I find immense joy and rejuvenation in the great outdoors. Whether it’s hiking, camping, or exploring new trails with my family, these activities offer me a profound sense of peace and inspiration. This passion for nature often permeates my work, as I integrate the healing power of the outdoors into my therapeutic practices, providing clients with holistic avenues for personal growth and reflection.
Balancing the rewarding demands of motherhood with my dedication to mental health and addiction recovery has shaped me into a compassionate and resilient professional. My seven children are my greatest teachers, imparting valuable lessons on resilience, empathy, and the importance of supportive relationships. They continually inspire my dedication to helping others navigate their journeys towards healing and growth.
